The Insurance Company is fully owned by SEADRIF member countries through Intertrust acting as Trustee of the SEADRIF Trust and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It is governed by a Board of Directors comprising three professionals with decades of experience in the insurance industry.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]SEADRIF is an ASEAN+3 Initiative in partnership with The World Bank. It is composed of these four tracks:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>The SEADRIF Trust<\/strong>: a legal arrangement for SEADRIF open to all ASEAN+3 countries and governed by the Council of Members that will provide overall strategic direction for SEADRIF.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SEADRIF Sub-Trust(s)<\/strong>: an arrangement(s) for a sub-group(s) of SEADRIF member countries and development partners to develop and govern specific initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The SEADRIF Trustee<\/strong>: holds the legal title to the assets of SEADRIF Trust and is the sole shareholder of the SEADRIF Insurance Company.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The SEADRIF Insurance Company:<\/strong>a general insurance company registered in Singapore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]SEADRIF, is a regional platform that will build ASEAN\u2019s financial resilience against climate shocks and disasters by providing knowledge, technical and financial solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Through SEADRIF, ASEAN countries are taking leadership in building a joint mechanism to enhance preparedness for climate and disaster risks.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]SEADRIF is an ASEAN+3 Initiative in partnership with The World Bank.
